🏠 Property Investment Cancellations
Investment Booking Cancellation
- • Within 24 hours: Full refund (100%) minus processing fees
- • 24-72 hours: 90% refund minus processing fees
- • 3-7 days: 75% refund minus processing fees
- • 7-14 days: 50% refund minus processing fees
- • After 14 days: No refund (investment locked in)

Processing Time
- • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
- • UPI Payments: 1-3 business days
- • International Transfers: 7-14 business days
Processing Fees
- • Razorpay Processing: 2.5% of refund amount
- • Bank Charges: AED 25 per transaction
- • International Fees: AED 50 per transaction
- • Admin Processing: AED 15 per refund
🔄 Partial Refunds
For partial property investments, refunds are calculated based on the remaining investment amount and applicable cancellation terms.
Partial Refund Calculation
Formula: (Investment Amount × Refund Percentage) - Processing Fees
Example: AED 100,000 investment cancelled within 24 hours
• Refund: AED 100,000 × 100% = AED 100,000
• Processing Fees: AED 2,500 (2.5%) + AED 25 (Bank) + AED 15 (Admin) = AED 2,540
• Net Refund: AED 97,460
🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- • Investment cancelled after 14 days from booking
- • Property construction has commenced
- • Legal documentation has been processed
- • Investment has been transferred to another party
- • Force majeure events affecting the property
- • Violation of investment terms and conditions
📞 How to Request a Cancellation

- 1. Log into your DunexDubai dashboard
- 2. Navigate to "My Investments"
- 3. Select the investment to cancel
- 4. Click "Request Cancellation"
- 5. Provide reason for cancellation
- 6. Submit the request

⚖️ Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you can escalate the matter through our dispute resolution process:
- 1. Internal Review: Submit detailed complaint within 7 days
- 2. Management Review: Senior management review within 14 days
- 3. External Mediation: Dubai Chamber of Commerce mediation
- 4. Legal Arbitration: Dubai International Arbitration Centre
